The staff at this branch seriously need retraining! I arrived about 10 minutes late for my appointment and was told to take a seat and wait. After a while, another staff member came over to ask why I was there, so I explained, and they again told me to wait. "I recently went to Bank of America to deposit cash into my account. The cashier told me I couldn't and that I needed a money order instead. This is completely unacceptable. I've been a loyal customer for years, and I've never had an issue depositing cash before. I'm extremely frustrated with this experience."

This branch has worst service than other branches they staff don’t care who’s sitting and waiting for help I been waiting for an hour and they didn’t help me and Mexican guy came and they helped him right way There are some racist staff In there Not recommend at all
They need to fix their doors or add a ATM machine outside. This is the second time where I haven't been able to use the ATM because the door is jammed
