Jessica is great she helped me a lot with my business
I consistently use this branch but they just seem to be getting worse and worse with time. I’ve actually started moving the bulk of my money to US Bank and Wells Fargo. As a preferred honors tier member, they consistently miss the mark on customer service. Today, the teller was very resistant to deposit my large check amount, even though I have 7 or 8 times more of MY own money just sitting with them in my accounts and 2 safe deposit boxes in their branch! Literally the best branch in town, possibly the planet.They let me park my scooter out front.
They'll have one teller working and a line of 10 people. Ridiculous.
