The staff at this branch seriously need retraining! I arrived about 10 minutes late for my appointment and was told to take a seat and wait. After a while, another staff member came over to ask why I was there, so I explained, and they again told me to wait. "I recently went to Bank of America to deposit cash into my account. The cashier told me I couldn't and that I needed a money order instead. This is completely unacceptable. I've been a loyal customer for years, and I've never had an issue depositing cash before. I'm extremely frustrated with this experience."
