Is there a zero score? I have banked with BoA since it was Worthern. I seldom have to go into the branch. Thank goodness. I went in and was told I needed an appointment to do what I needed to do. Ok.... made a 2:30 appointment. Got there at 2:27. I was told to have a seat in the waiting area. I did!!! I sat.... and sat.... and sat. 2 different people said, they will be with you when they're finished. Not sure who "they" are but, I never saw him or her. I left at 3:30.
