They wouldn't cash a check drawn on their bank ...cause it was too much $.insanity!
I received a msg stating a debit transaction was declined. I called the phone number on my card. You cannot speak with anyone. I went online to Boa, they could not answer anything. I cal my boa on Main Blvd, everyone was busy. Your customer service is unacceptable to say the least.
Not good for banking.
Don’t expect anyone to answer the phone or know anything about banking laws. If you come to deposit, withdraw, cash a check then you might be ok. You would think the door greeter could answer the phone. Then there’s the 800 number that refuses to let you talk to a real person to complain. Seriously thinking of closing all of our accounts.
20 years ago BoA hit me with overdrafts because my paycheck was deposited at 3pm and would not 'go in' until the following business day, meanwhile debits could continue to accrue over the weekend and I had several over draft fees, none of which were refunded and half my paycheck was gone. From that day until a week ago the few interactions I have had with BoA were very extremely hostile and negative.
