Excellent customer service, lots of ATMs and convenient locations everywhere
I came in today to dispute an auto renewal charge. After a bank teller noticed that I was having trouble connecting to customer service they offered to see me and helped connect in their office. Novart was extremely helpful, patient, and accommodating with the process.
