After 27 years with Bank of America 🇺🇸 thanks to your “Jill with no name tag” employee’s attitude is the reason why I’m going to bank with Chase from now on. I Understand the rules of the bank but she’s not good at customer service. She has an attitude problem. I’m really happy she provided such nasty 🤮 service, now I bank with Professionals with class! The worst branch in existence. Arrogant and pompous, they have no understanding of customer service. They always look at you as if you owe them something. If I didn't live right next to this Branch, I would never go there. A change in attitude is long overdue.
Arush was very rude. Not good at explaining too. Arrived first than the gentleman but they took him first because he was a walk in and apparently having an appointment doesnt help
