Horrible customer service, they kept me waiting for someone..and that someone left me there and left
I had an appointment, arrived 20 minutes early, was told to wait until my appt time (no problem!). AT my appointment time, I was told there was another appt in 30 minutes and they didn't have time to help me and I needed to reschedule. There is NO reason, my appointment wasn't able to be held. 30 minutes was plenty of time and I was on time. It was terribly rude, unhelpful.
This place is horrible in business account and business customers service they treat people very poorly as if it is not because of us they even have their jobs
The clientele. The tellers. The wait. The parking lot. All terrible. Avoid at all cost.
Waiting lines are crazy, probably don't care about customers anymore
