You guys are the worst!!!!
Its a Tuesday 12.30PM, one teller to nine customers in line. Two "bankers" in there cubicles that can't even contact the branch manager to get the one teller someone to help, one of them his name is Josh said the manager is aware. After calling the customer services line' the branch manager made an appearance to supervise the lone teller. As i finish this review a second teller arrived. Yay.

Out of other bank of America this specific location is great good customer service clerks are really helpful really attentive and always with good attitude love it.
This branch is spectacular. I had the best experience here, thanks to Rhonda, a Senior Banker. She completely changed my perspective on Bank of America for the better. After a horrific experience a few months ago at the Encino branch, I honestly never thought I’d walk into another BofA. Rhonda was a breath of fresh air, professional, kind, and genuinely helpful. If you have even the slightest doubt about banking with Bank of America, go see Rhonda. She will 100% brighten your day and change your opinion.
