This bank is either closed or they don’t have tellers
Worst customer service. I came here to verify my identity. I have a closed account for a few years now but BOA sent me a check in March of 2023 for $105 from overages back in 2018 and all I needed is for them to verify my ID. The lady was giving me a hard time because she couldn't find which department mailed me the check. Over One hour later she didn't verify me even though I provided two forms of ID. I needed the check reissued and I can't do it over the phone without verifying in the branch. She was completely clueless su... read more

Their ATM was messing up and yet they couldn’t help me at all since I have a Bank of America card thru the Edd . They told me to call even tho I told them their ATM didn’t give me my money and it still showed I withdraw that amount .
