The B of A close some of the branches ,now this is the only one close to the mall. I went into the branch 50 people were standing in line. This is BS!....
Understaffed long wait and dirty
Patricia at the Bank of America branch is absolutely wonderful. My Mother had to make two different appointments in the last two weeks and Patricia was so very helpful with both appointments. She was very kind, she provided us information to help us move forward with the documents we needed, and she used our experience as a positive learning situation for herself which was very refreshing for all of us. We can’t say thank you enough to Patricia and all she helped us with these last two weeks. She was great!
I give it one star, only because it was open, or else 0 it was pathetic to have 6-7 cashiers and only one open for 50+ people!!! It’s been like this for a while yet nothing changes they don’t care about anyone or their time.
