They told me 20 minutes wait, and after an hour and 15 minutes and double checking with them (“it’ll be not much longer probably”), I just left. Bad service equal 1 or 2 star reviews.

WORSE SERVICE EVER. YOUR TELLERS NEED TO BE READY BY 9am. Not 9:15am 9:20am. THIS LOCATION HAS GOTTEN WORSE. WITH FEW LOCATIONS LEFT IN BAKERSFIELD.CA, YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELFS. STOP BLAMING YOUR CUSTOMERS FOR MALFUNCTIONED CARD READERS, SERVICE OR REPLACE THEM. IT'S DISAPPOINTING THE LEVEL OF YOUR RESPONSE. IF YOUR TELLERS AND BRANCH MANAGER WORKED IN A MAJOR U.S. CITY, THEY ALL BE FIRED.
