I've been with Bank of America for almost 30 years. I asked for a laon and I was denied keep in mind my credit. It's great almost 800 points i also have commercial credit. I don't know what's going on in here. I'm disappointed I didn't manage to get along someplace else
My dad went here to cash a check from his pension the bank manager a Mexican guy said thier will be no hold on the check that it will be avaliable next business day but he ended up lieing to his face now says a 8 day hold because of possibility the check is no good when its from a union pension its sad that you have to lie to the elderly that is disabled on top of it I couldn't live with myself if I did something like that dont make the mistake my dad did the manager needs to be fired
I have come here many times and line times always range here from 30-40 minutes. Not sure what’s the point of having a business account if Business clients can’t even come here and be attended with timely manner. Maybe time to switch banks. Edit: After waiting 30 minutes in line and requesting Sacagawea dollars the teller wants to say “I’ve never heard of that in my life” “people come in here requesting things that are 1000 years old” how do you work at a bank and don’t have common knowledge ?
