If I could give this location zero stars I would. They do not care about their customers. They will be walking around while a line is out the bank. Only 2 tellers . There’s no one for business clients . It’s ridiculous. Stay away from this location. You’ll be waiting for over an hour.
Had the absolute worst experience at this location manger is beyond rude . They only had 1 person working the counter with 10+ people waiting . I was originally there to verify my identity they told me it was over a hour wait (there was also 1 banker available) other workers in the lobby were rude and gave dirty looks . The AC was out so it was easily 80 in the building . Save your time and just go to the California location. I will be closing my account after my experience here
