I am leaving this review because of my experience with Bank of America regarding a credit-card dispute. I disputed $4,154.73 in charges that I did not authorize. My physical card remained in my possession, yet my dispute and multiple requests for review were denied. I visited this location with my mother to complete a wire transfer. Because fraud is so common today, she wanted me to accompany her to ensure everything was done correctly. Additionally, the recipient of the funds specifically requested that we complete the transfer in person at the bank to avoid any delays. Unfortunately, the employee who initially assisted us was extremely rude, condescending, and unhelpful. I’m probably messing up her name but Alejana Hees, Jose and Kyla were all GREAT. As a small business owner having a relationship with a bank is important to me. I visited this location 4/16/26 for the 1st time. The back office put my cashiers check on & after calling multiple times visiting another branch everybody told me I just had to wait.
