First review I have ever left for any company. I felt like after the experience I had with the staff in this bank I had to leave a review. We had an issue with a check I was trying to cash, they followed protocol and guidelines and yet still made sure to rectify the situation. They were so apologetic and courteous, words couldn’t even explain. I highly recommend this branch to anyone looking for a new bank to bank with.
MICHAEL IS FAR THE NICEST PERSON. HE IS SO WILLING TO GO OUT OF HIS WAY TO SERVE THE PUBLIC. I REALLY APPRECIATE HIM, THE BANK IS LUCKY TO HAVE HIM. MY ONE GRIPE IS THE BANK DOES NOT OPEN UNTIL 10:00, AND THAT IS SO LATE. NOT VERY CONVENIENT FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS. ALSO IT WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE A LATE DAY FOR THOSE OF US WHO GET OFF WORK AFTER 5:00PM.
