I visited this location with my mother to complete a wire transfer. Because fraud is so common today, she wanted me to accompany her to ensure everything was done correctly. Additionally, the recipient of the funds specifically requested that we complete the transfer in person at the bank to avoid any delays. I’m probably messing up her name but Alejana Hees, Jose and Kyla were all GREAT. As a small business owner having a relationship with a bank is important to me. I visited this location 4/16/26 for the 1st time. The back office put my cashiers check on & after calling multiple times visiting another branch everybody told me I just had to wait.
