Very disappointing experience. Spent 15 minutes at this branch with my ID, the bank’s mobile app and Apple wallet, only to be told that they couldn’t process my request without my physical debit card. For a bank in 2026, it’s surprising that the staff seem unfamiliar with or unable to accommodate common digital banking tools.
Go here when you got nothing to do all day. Don't go here while you are on break.
