We had a great experience with Luciene Gusson. She was extremely attentive, professional, and patient throughout the entire process. She took the time to understand our situation and helped us resolve all the issues and questions we had. We really appreciated how helpful and welcoming she was. Excellent customer service — highly recommend Luciene and this Bank of America location!
I visited this location last Saturday and was disappointed with the experience. When I arrived, the tellers were not ready yet, so I had to sit in the lobby and wait before I could be assisted. Not one teller was ready to assist me. I also didn’t understand why my money order needed to be placed on hold, especially since I receive regular direct deposits into my account and have deposited multiple money orders through the ATM before without an issue. She was so welcoming, sweet, and patient, and she took the time to explain everything to me thoroughly. Everyone here was so kind, friendly, and professional. I honestly never leave reviews, but my experience here was so great that I felt it was important to take the time to share. Thank you, Ms. Naima, for making my experience so pleasant!
