From my experience, I wanted to sit down and speak with representative about opening a account, and the type of account that was available for, what I was looking for and the type of fees that would apply to the account. When I open my account about an year ago Luciene Gusson was very nice, but I don’t know what happened during the year, she said one thing at the time and apparently I got it wrong, but since she said to me that I could email her when I had some question, I did, but apparently she didn’t liked it and was rude, over this time I send her 2 emails and even so she was not nice, so that’s my review based on HER response! Now I will close the account and move to another bank!
Bank of America doesn't have good customer service at all. They seem to not be able to have an effective system. Once I went into a branch for them to fax over my supporting documents regarding a dispute that I had. Mined you that no one ever mentioned to me that I had the option to send in supporting documents. After speaking to about ten people getting different information each time, this was finally mentioned. I’m genuinely unsure if I’ve ever dealt with a less pleasant person than Naomi. In coming into inquire about finalizing the last piece of the puzzle in our deceased mother’s estate, which, as you can imagine has been a long and very taxing process, the shocking lack of compassion from Naomi really took me by surprise.
