There keeping people checks and are depositing them through third party. My husband recently had to reorder his check because they told him it was fraudulent becuase of the amount. We had to call the irs for them to reissue the check only to find out that they kelp the check at the bank and it’s was never notified. They deposited his check before that and lied about it. Today I would like to give Naima 5 stars for her fantastic Customer Service. She is extremely knowledgeable, polite, respectful and has a beautiful smile. She went above and beyond to assist me with all my banking needs. I would definitely recommend this location.
Came here Tuesday. The day after Columbis Day. The saleswoman walking the floor was nice and answered my question about my lost debit card. Teller #1 who helped me withdraw funds lacked any warmth and professionalism. Didn't even count my money back to me. And had the nerve to try and up sale me on my way out. I wouldn't take a free pen, donut or toaster from this woman. I was probably literally the first customer that morning. Get it together, ma'am. It makes for a long day if you're that lackluster at the start of the day.
I had to cancel my account after 10 years, if not more! Yearssss. I had no intention of doing so, but after they took money out from an old debt I had, and said it’s on page 55 in small letters that if you ow the bank, they will take your money from any account you have with them. So yeah guys my experience was terrible and I’m glad I’m no longer their customer.
