THE 2501 Windy Hill Rd SE, Marietta, GA 30067 BRANCH IS THEEE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER🗣 IVE BEEN STANDING IN LINE FOR WELL OVER AN HOUR!!!! THERE ARE 10 PEOPLE IN LINE(NOT EXAGGERATING) MEANWHILE THE MANAGER IS IN HER OFFICE ON THE PHONE!!? THE TELLER IS CLEARLY NEW AND DOESN’T HAVE A CLUE OF WHAT SHE IS DOING! I thought it was a temporary thing yesterday when I called the business desk about a checking account problem. Today the same thing. One hour 15 minutes wait is being projected in their message. I am seriously considering taking my business out from this bank. The bank simply grew so big to lose connection with the clients.
