Worst branch of all. Customer service at its worst. I will never use this branch again. Matter affect, I am done with BoA. I will be closing all my accounts.
If I can I would give 0 stars. I ALWAYS have a problem at this branch. My husband(who is Asian) and I have a joint account. My name is clear as the account holder. For some reason I always get the older caucasian woman as a teller. (Maybe because the other are standing around doing nothing or are on lunch break).
