Because they don’t have drive thurs any longer and are always short staffed it seems. Waiting in a line that’s just about to the door. One teller open yet two others at additional window and and another gal in the lobby asking obvious questions to the customers coming in! Stupid really. How about getting to a window and helping out the customers standing in line to deposit their money!!!! Wish my husband would change to a credit union!!!!!!!
