They had no tellers to withdraw cash and then a sarcastic banker named Christian went out of his way to be unprofessional.
I went to this branch several times, and always I had great experiences. Thank you all.
I do not normally have good experiences with Bank of America and have had difficulty with other branches with such a simple request to just close a saving account (Castro & 24th were not helpful!). However the team at the Laurel Village office were all very helpful especially Mazen Emam who was extremely efficient (and the loan specialist who was initially willing to help his team but I didn’t catch his name). Clement location was closed and I was guarenteed that the California street branch manager was going to call me to assist in getting pre-ordered currency for trip. None of this happened and I'm going to a foreign country with no money. Choose a better bank.
It seems some people (including myself) are getting scam calls from this number. Number appears legit, and may just be. However I got one of the weird cold calls today, and upon googling the number it seems other people also have received scam calls from this number. Bank of America, check your staff to make sure you dont have a scammer inside making scam calls.
