Deposited check on Saturday and was told funds would be available Monday.Today is Tuesday and now it won’t be available until Friday. I called to see why the first person was in Utah and they said after 45min it was because of possible fraudulent activity and endorsement on the back of the check.The second person was in Texas I think and they said it was because of the hold placed by the federal reserve they flag every random amount deposited in my account and it’s for my protection?

Got locked out of my account for suspected fraud and had to come to the bank in person to verify the activity. The wait time was short and Emely one of the Sr. Bankers was able to help me get everything sorted out, despite it being kind of a complicated issue. Extremely good customer service. I went in annoyed because of the situation but left happy and worry free :) Left Chase 2 years ago for BoA, well worth it
