If you’re planning to open an account and visit the BofA Lincoln Heights branch, I highly recommend booking with Keyla or Daisy. Recently experienced their services and I must say they were genuinely attentive, patient, concise and very clear with their financial jargon in Spanish and English. It's one of the better BoA locations. Staffs are friendly and relatively fast. The wait line was never too long everytime I visited.
