Terrible service. I can’t access my safety box. Email is bouncing back to me. Phone number doesn’t work. Customer service person can’t figure out how to help me after a wait time of 30 plus mins on the call. I am closing all my accounts with Bank of America’s
I don't know what the reason to close the branch, because of the Covid? Now the virus is over, and most peoples are vaccinated. I just came from the branch (as I need to access the safebox ASAP), and the door is locked. I understand that the bank is shrinking its budget by reducing the bills, a terrible impression. <<NOT RELATED TO CDC BY ANY MEAN>>
Wish the bank was open on fair oaks blvd..im disabled and the other banks are crowded..its tiring when I have to drive further to get any service
