I dont know what happened to management here. I used to love this bank. Now no one answers their phone or tries to help customers. Ive been with BOA for 17 years. This last week was by far the worst experience Ive had in all that time. I spoke with Chris Maldono about a loan. I said I wanted to improve my score which is the only reason for my loan inquiry since I had enough to cover the expense. Excellent service from the staff, just the first time one of the staff members did a mistake but after that, I’ve always have had a good experience with Manolito, Christian and Jaime. Either in Spanish or English, if you need a BA, I highly recommend this branch.
