I always have great experience at the Bank of America branch on Maple Avenue. I am always pleasantly surprised by how efficient and helpful the staff was. The branch is clean, organized, and feels secure, which is always reassuring. . Parking is easy, and it's conveniently located right on Maple Ave. Definitely a reliable spot if you need to handle banking in person.
I visited the maple Ave branch of Bank of America and experienced an unusually long wait in line. When I spoke with the manager “Jennifer” to address the delay, I was simply told, “You have to wait.” While I understand that busy periods happen, this response felt dismissive and unhelpful. It would be great if the branch could implement measures to reduce wait times and improve communication with customers. Clearer explanations or efforts to assist would make a big difference in enhancing the overall experience.
Working hour starts at 10am? Seriously?
I am here 3:30pm to open accounts for 2 people but i have been rejected by Jennifer at front desk because of short staff (no one was waiting in lobby)
