Worst service ever. Not going in there in my life. They are racist and not nice to costumers. The lady at the entrance was mean and didn’t help me when I asked her to. Don’t like that branch. Bank oh the west give better service.
Hate waiting here all the time tbh. I’ve come in multiple times and each and everytime there’s a wait and there’s always somebody complaining about it. I’ve been one of those complaining clients before since I’ve been upset about the wait time. Today I’m writing this review because a clerk told me it would be about 30min to an hour wait and failed to inform me about an upcoming appointment around that time frame which pushed my wait time to another whole 30 min to another hour since they’re always understaffed.
