I normally don't leave reviews. However, in this case i wanted to extend a Special Thanks to the Manager working there at the Branch. Ms Ronata went above and beyond in order to help me fill out the necessary paperwork to be submitted to my case file. This process required a time sensitive document to be notarized and emailed. I really appreciate her patience and kindness. The Bank Teller, Lindsay was also friendly and asked if she could help, when i walked in. Overall, a great bank experience. If you need help, don’t waste your time coming here. The staff is not knowledgeable and doesn’t seem interested in assisting customers. We opened a new account and did not receive the actual credit card - twice. When we went to this location to ask for help, we were told we had to wait until the representative finished the lane, even though we had already been waiting in exactly that line. On top of that, he had absolutely no knowledge of international banking questions and didn’t even attempt to offer alternative help. The ... read more

Came in to update a CD. Teller told me nobody was available and to go to another branch. I saw two personal bankers sitting in two offices. Why keep your business with BofA when they treat customers like this ? This branch has been like this for years. Nobody cares.
