Went to this location to cash a $400 check written by an account holder. Was charged an $8 fee because I am not an account holder. However, I was shorted an additional $10! Spoke to a manager who supposedly the cashier count her drawer. Cashier stated that her drawer was balanced, which could not possibly be the case. Bank of America: A Disastrous Experience From inexplicable missing deposits to constant runarounds with customer service, my experience with Bank of America has been consistently disappointing.
