1/5 – One of the worst managers I’ve ever dealt with I’ve been a Bank of America customer and business customer for 14 years, and this was by far one of my worst experiences. An ATM malfunctioned during my cash deposit and I was short $416. I went to the branch and asked the manager for help. He simply told me to call the number on the receipt. Was not so Bad
Had an appointment at 2:30 pm. Arrived at 2:30 pm. The lady we had an appointment with was chit chatting for 30 minutes and never acknowledged me. I could actually hear them talking. Every once in a while they would do something that involved business, but this was obviously a friend or coworker. Very unprofessional. I have been a long time customer there. I was there with my niece to open her up an account before she leaves for the Air Force. I will either take her elsewhere or use someone more professional to help her.
Kayla Jones provided us with an excellent experience while helping my brother open his bank account. She was very friendly, professional, attentive, and patient throughout the entire process. She explained everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and made us feel comfortable and welcomed. Her customer service was outstanding, and she made the whole process easy and stress-free. We truly appreciate her kindness and dedication. Highly recommended—5 stars!
