This location is a such a breath of fresh air after visiting the Rivers Avenue branch. The tellers I’ve had have been very friendly and personable, and much quicker than the other Charleston locations. Thank you!
Waited over an hour to see a staff member
Bank of America has always been very good to me overall, but this location is in dire need of help. Usually just one teller available in a very busy location!
Their processing is not in order and over drafts me when i do my due diligence to keep up with my balance. Than tell me its my fault I should be able to psychically guess what transactions are going to process first. Not the order of how i buy things
