Have to drive 55 miles to use this branch. They closed branches in Bull Head City, and Kingman...Lousy customer service... F MINUS...Was in Henderson NV yesterday at Green Valley Parkway branch....it was temporarliy closed....at 4:00 PM...Just found out they are closing the Lake Havasu branch after 1/14/22..... not very customer service orientated......
My mom and drove from Kingman to the only branch in Mohave county to be told they do this by mail now. The woman who greeted us was so rude and snotty for absolutely no reason. Asked us if we had an appointment and then when we told her we tried but they said theyre not taking appointments at this location and she says yes that's right because they're closing...then why ask?
