THE LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE IS APPALLING. The staff at the Bank of America is so unbelievably rude and unhelpful. My card was recently stuck in the ATM and not one employee offered to help me or even apologize for the inconvenience. In fact, two of them laughed in my face and told me that I need to contact the ATM provider. I will most definitely be canceling my Bank of America account after this interaction I had with these two women. I don’t even wanna call them ladies because they weren’t very lady like. Worst experience ever my job requires a lot of travel and all I needed was to get a representative on the phone called for 30 straight minutes no response nothing don’t waste your time!!!!!
