Came here to cash a check of my son's and he's a child actor and she said because it couldn't be validated she ran it through and stamped it when I took it to my other bank even though she crossed it out and initialed it wasn't enough they don't even have a cancellation stamp and a decent business card and protocol for checks they stamp through the scanner that other Banks won't be able to accept after that it was a huge ordeal and I had to have the production companies sell me the money. I made a cash deposit in the drive-thru atm and my receipt said the funds wouldn’t be available immediately. When I went in to ask about it, they found out their system was offline. How do they not know it’s offline and why still let people deposit?
