Worst experience ever my job requires a lot of travel and all I needed was to get a representative on the phone called for 30 straight minutes no response nothing don’t waste your time!!!!!
This bank is pure garbage. They take zero accountability for errors done by their ATM machines and absolutely no help when it comes to trying to make things right. Do not bank here and specifically here at this branch most of them do not know what they are even doing especially upper management.
Worst bank! I have a business and personal account needed to deposit some money and their atms wouldn’t accept my Apple Card! I didn’t have my id with me and Tried to see if managers would override and they couldnt resolve the problem. Managers said try a different bank. Will be canceling my account with Bank of America!
