This has only ONE ATM MACHINE IN DRIVE THRU. No customer service center etc. It used to be 2 machines but they ended up only leaving 1 that is only operable about 70% of the time. I grew up in this city and it's clear that bank of America has little to no care to servicing the people of Lake Elsinore, as it's the only nearby "B.O.A" Center in Lake Elsinore! Lo peor no tienen servicio a dentro puro ATM cajero automático qué feo que la mayoría de banco america sea así por esta area lo peor nesecitaba hacer un cheque para una compania y solo vine a gastar mi gasolina y tiempo que coraje.
Shows open till 1pm on Saturday, not true. Came to the bank on Saturday at 1230. No cars in the parking lot. Closed doors.
I sincerely believe any review that is higher than one star aren't honest or genuine. My personal experience both in the branch and on the phone with BoA has not been supportive whatsoever. One time I had to wait for about half an hour because their printer wasn't working. When I wanted to close the account, they denied to do so due to lack of staff, and now I'm hit with a monthly maintenance fee. Ultimately, when it comes down to using BoA, don't waste your time. Not the worst customer service, there is no customer service. This branch always has long lines because they never have the staff to help its customers. And if you need to talk to a banker forget about it, you will get faster help by opening a bank account with a different bank.
