had a pay check tried to cash it they wanted a $8.00 coutersy fee
Terrible system and customer service. I was told I couldn’t access my funds for an entire week after giving them my paycheck because of a bank policy I was not made aware of before making the deposit. I was given a very vague explanation and received no sympathy from customer service. As a full time student with a minimum wage job as my only source of income they completely screwed me over. Never felt so disrespected in my life.
