I had an appointment with Dr. Ismail scheduled as the first patient of the day, but the doctor arrived late again. Unfortunately, this has happened to me at least 3–4 times already. While I understand that doctors can sometimes fall behind schedule due to patient needs consistently arriving late to the clinic in the morning is not acceptable.Patients also deserve respect for their time. Booked my appointment online, which was smooth. They didn’t pick up my call as they were very busy, which I completely understand. My appointment was around 12:30 PM, the last slot of the day, and honestly the quickest appointment of my life, lol. I was out in 30 minutes after completing everything. Everyone was nice and professional.
