The Dr. and her staff are un professional. They do not respect other people time. They always change the schedule appointments from different reasons. When my kids sick I should find walk in clinic on hospital because they refuse to accept them when they are sick . When my kids are sick and ask for help her staff said go to walk in and when I argue I need help now they said ok come next week ,I told them I am sick now not next week but they don't undrstand. Now I should find another Dr.
Stay FAR away! I’m not sure where this woman got her medical degree but she is the definition of incompetent. I’ve heard her yell and argue with several families while we have been there for our own son’s appointments. Our last straw was yesterday. Our son was born 3 months early and suffered a stroke after birth. Apparently she won’t fill out disability forms unless a child is on oxygen or has a g-tube because she seems to think that no other disabilities exist. She is dangerous! That’s all I can say!
Dr. Laila is very knowledgeable and knows her stuff, however she doesn't not have a good bedside manner. We come 15 minutes earlier than our scheduled appointment time and still wait 2+ hours to be seen because she takes walk-ins before us (first come, first serve). Working in the medical field myself, I have never heard of walk-ins taking priority over scheduled appointments. Doctor is knowledgeable but she speak more with stuff than patient’s parents . She always stay far away from the kid. I feel she rush too much on appointments. We were scheduled an appointment and had to come back again because doctor didn’t show up. A little bit of mismanagement. Always nurse checked everything not the doctor.
