My experience with this credit union has been dreadful. When my father died he left US$230,000+ in the bank-fund staff federal credit union after working for the World Bank and IMF for many years. The credit union allowed this money to be transferred to my sister’s personal account in Australia without checking the superseded Australian Probate document she used listing 4 executors including myself. This credit union sadly has become the worst financial institution I ever had to deal with. Incompetent staff and utterly inept managers who are totally indifferent to issues brought to their attention. Electronic mail, letters and phone calls are simply ignored and remain unanswered. Have lost complete confidence in this institution and transferring my money to more trustworthy institutions.
