Breakfast was delicious. We had the burrito and the eggs benedict.
I had breakfast at Bank Café & Bar, located in the lobby of the Westin Napa, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. The service was very poor, with an almost one-hour wait just for breakfast, which is unacceptable—especially for hotel guests. I gave clear and repeated special instructions for my omelette, confirmed them multiple times with the server, and the order was still prepared incorrectly.
