This is a nice place to live. Every repair request I have submitted has met with an immediate response. I see no cockroaches at all in my apartment. The staff keeps a close eye on the place, and the result is that our environment is quiet and safe. I have lived here nearly three years, and I'm a fan of Banita Creek Apartments!

My mother is very happy there. Residents are respectful and share a small community, helping each other. Mgmt very good. There is flooding from Banita Creek.

Big units with a lot of open space and amenities. Bedrooms are not huge but they're workable. Apartment complex also has a pool near the office and a walking trail leading to Banita Creek.
