What a joke! After 4 service calls, the tech finally found what was wrong with my unit. Tech manager is even more laughable! If he says that he'll call you, rest assured that it is in his own good time, no matter what time he says that he'll get back to you. Then, once they make a service call, they will offfer an energy efficiency test, which then turns into a sales pitch for the insulation that they happen to be selling.
