78 y/o mom saw nurse practitioner, Tabatha Bond on Thursday for an ear problem & refill for diabetic meds. Called in meds for diabetes, but not ear. Mom was told she had fluid on ear. Called Friday to find out about prescription. Told Tabatha was off & she could call back Monday. (?!?). I called Monday for my elderly mom & was 1st told by office mgr that nothing called in cause no treatment for fluid on ear. Then had nurse call me back & she said fluid on ear not diagnosed. Wow.
Dr. Bannister is a caring individual. She takes ample time to hear you and understand your concerns. Never makes you feel rushed. I would highly recommend her as your family physician.
Dr. Banister is an excellent provider of quality care. She has her patients best interests involved. Dr. Banister,although extremely professional, is very attentive,easy to converse with, and makes going to appointment not so stressful. I would highly recommend her for PCP!!
