Customer service to die for... I arrived early for my appointment and Don, my stylist's husband greeted me very cheerfully, offered me a beverage, something to read and some wonderfull pastries while I waited. Don even asked about my parking situation (it can get pretty hectic finding parking at that time of day). Since my appointment was to last several hours he went out to my car, in the rain, and moved it so I would'nt get a ticket! And while he was out he bought me a Mocha Latte, Wow! Difficult hair finds happy ending. Please save me from another bad haircut. I don't know how many times I thought that to myself and took the plunge with a new stylist only to find that I was once again on the receiving end of a hatchet job. Finally my luck changed when a friend of mine mentioned Bangs the Hair Salon in downtown Medford. Crossing my fingers I made an appointment with Heather.
