My first couple of appointments were actually good. It’s the last two appointments that made me make the decision NOT to EVER GO BACK. My hair stylist was Mechelle. She was great in the beginning. The first “ incident” was when I came in for my usual pixie cut and perm. She burnt me real bad in the back of my head. Everyone was friendly. Jennifer did a great job shampooing.
My first visit with Tracey was awesome but my second visit was poor service poor communication. I don’t understand a salon that sales products for you to do your hair at home but they still want you to come every week. It’s really sad. The parking is poor very tight and it seems to be very unsafe

Before I began coming to Jada in 2023 my scalp was constantly dry and always flaking. Since 2023 Jada has fixed my dry scalp, grown my hair, and provided excellent service to me. Jada is always on time, she provides an amazing shampoo which is like no other shampoo I have ever had and she takes the time out to educate her clients about their hair and different treatments they need.
