Called to see if they had any availability’s today, and they said it’s a walk in service and said it would be a 30 minute wait. Which it was a 30 minute drive for me no problem, I get their and wait 5 minutes for the girl to tell me they don’t have time to do a cut and wash and offer me a $5 coupon… it would have been nice to know if they were not gunna be able to fit me in before I drove 30 minutes out of my way for nothing….

Had such a great experience with Francesca! The shampoo was so relaxing, she really listened to what I wanted for my cut, and the style came out beautifully. I left feeling refreshed and loving my hair! Would recommend going to see Francesca and I will be coming back for future cuts!
Went in to get a curly perm and walked out with my hair completely damaged and still wet. I told the girl doing my hair that I colored my hair with box dye previously and I also had bleached it. She said it was fine and that she’d try her best to find a solution that would work for me.
