absolutely butchered my hair after making me wait roughly an hour more than what they originally told me. i walked out in tears.
I was taken back promptly, got an amazing shampoo, and Arden gave me a great haircut. I'm very pleased with my services today!
Not a good experience. My daughter and I went to get a haircut only, nothing extravagant. My daughter was getting her cut and whist 2 or 3 stylist sat doing nothing i waited 15-20 min for a simple cut. I left after my daughter was done and went to supercuts where I was immediately waited on by the first available stylist. I wont be going back for any service.
Called to see if they had any availability’s today, and they said it’s a walk in service and said it would be a 30 minute wait. Which it was a 30 minute drive for me no problem, I get their and wait 5 minutes for the girl to tell me they don’t have time to do a cut and wash and offer me a $5 coupon… it would have been nice to know if they were not gunna be able to fit me in before I drove 30 minutes out of my way for nothing….
