I went in to get a hair conditioning treatment and instead had chunks of hair ripped out of my head. The girl didn't seem thrilled from the beginning to do my hair. Iff you didn't want to do it then you should of said so. She was unbelievably rough during the washing process and even worse during the long wet hair process. Common sense you can not rip through long hair ever, wet or dry. There was chunks of hair on the floor. I never brush my hair like that EVER. Caitlyn was SO amazing, her first time ever doing a shag cut and it turned out SPECTACULAR! Investors literally never gotten a bad cut here before, everyone is so incredibly nice and so talented.

My experience at Bangs was absolutely terrible I walked in and asked for a shampoo a cut and a style I originally said that I usually get my haircut dry because of the texture of my hair the girl did not want to listen and she said that she would rather cut it wet. I have very coarse dry hair. She washed my hair but when she washed it she did not even get the back of my hair. To me it seemed like she was in a rush to get out for the day.
