Although I don't live in the Bangor House, my elderly friend lives there and has shared many heart-wrenching stories of his experiences in that place. I've visited him there twice sinc and can attest to the less-than-desirable state of that apartment building. The property manager, Resident Services Coordinator, and maintenance team should be replaced or at least thoroughly retrained. My son has lived at the Bangor House Apartments for over 2 years. We were very happy when he finally reached the top of the wait list, and meeting the on-site manager and his assistant (back then) was a pleasure - we could tell it was well run and supportive of their tenants - which was extremely important to us. My son was very happy there until the management got replaced with staff who have unfortunately proven to be the opposite - unprofessional, seeminly unqualified for their positions, and lacking compassion for their ... read more

Not very responsible with your file. Steve got my file mixed up with another tenant with the same name. Then he lied to me and took my name off the waiting list. Ignores your calls and voicemails. Says all I need to know about them.
