this place is horrible my sister has lived there for a while now they are very judgmental and very rude and jump the gun when it comes to passing some blame and management stinks i really hope they clean this place up the houses are nice and the yards stay clean and they pick who they help in there this winter they shoveled my neighbors but not mine and im thinking it is having something to do with the management not liking me
The management their is horrible. There is hardly any communication and when there is they are judgmental, unprofessional and they pick and choose who they want to live there based on there own criteria. Personally, I would not let my dog live there.

Great place to live in Bangor, they are really HUD section 8 townhouses. Used to have bad reputation, but thanks to new management, It is now a Fantastic place to live, I have lived here for going on 3 years now, every year they put on a CHRISTmas party with free food for whole complex and Santa comes for the wee ones under 18. I was very afraid after losing my house for over 20 years to move to, this type of housing, because of the economy, But they are great you treat them right, they treat you right!!!!! Not a horrible place to live. In the winter, they plow the parking lot often, salt the sidewalks, and have salt available for free for your porch/steps. If you call with a repair request, it is usually taken care of within a week. Move-out costs are fair and reasonable. I lived there for just over two years with my husband and three small children and didnt have a problem with management, just with other residents children who werent always supervised.
