Clinic frequently cancels appointments which book out 2-3 months, consistently messes up scheduling appointments, and does not care about the veterans they serve.
Great VA clinic! Amazing customer service and great medical services. While there is no sign on the main road, if you wrote a Google review the road directions are very clear via Google Maps and other navigation apps. I appreciated the SMS (text message) alerts and SMS check in.
Have been trying to schedule with the primary care team since January, they keep moving the initial intake appointment, cancelling community care requests, therapist called out which moved my intake counseling appointment out two months. I have been to the emergency room at least 3 times, have let them know so I can get in touch with my primary care doc. Radio silence. Once again reiterating they wont do the basic function of allowing me to just pursue community care and refuse to help with any of my medical issues which has... read more
