Super kind, and knowledgable on bangles ! They customize the bangles according to the colours of your dress. I had a very odd orange color dress with too many clashing colours. And they made me a beautiful bangle set for my mehendi ! I highly recommend this spot! Thank you so much, you will see me again in the near future !

Ordered a set of jhumka online but I didn’t get any. But still got an email saying it’s delivered. Called them multiple times but they just kept delaying to contact the delivery management and didn’t even try to contact me once. Very disappointed by the service and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody. THEY JUST DON’T CARE.

I’m surprised by other reviews about poor customer service. I ordered bangles very last minute for an event (which was on me), and when shipping got delayed, the folks at Banglez went above and beyond to try to get me another pair in time for the event. Ultimately, I opted not to take them up on their offer, and they still followed up with a “let me know if you want to return your order.” Customer service goes that goes above and beyond is so hard to come by these days. I asked Melinda to help me custom make a bangle set for my cousin brothers wedding ceremony based on one from her website. She was so amazing to work with and helped me stick with my budget but also create me something so incredibly beautiful! She took her time and listened to every one of my requests and you can’t find anyone better to work with! I can’t wait to work with her again to make a set for the reception! My sisters and aunts are jealous of the set I got 🫶🏼 thankyou so much Melinda!!
