After eating here in July, and enjoying the food, I've decided to make the 22 mile round trip to pick up food from here again. I was missing food I ordered so I called to request a refund for that - I was told that I could come back to get what I was missing or take a credit, and that they aren't allowed to do refunds but she would try. I ordered carry out: Crispy Rolls: No flavor and not enough filling. Fried Wonton: All wonton skin and hardly any meat… one of my pieces looked like it was just the wrapper folded over. Cooked too hard. Hot & Sour Soup: that one was pretty good. I used to order here a lot a few years ago. I wonder if management changed.

We ordered Fried Rice, Crab Rangoon, Crispy Wontons, and Bangkok Chicken for dinner this evening. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. As shown in the attached photo, we found a large piece of plastic inside the Crab Rangoon, which is a serious food quality and safety concern. In addition, the Crispy Wontons were extremely hard and tasted stale. The Bangkok Chicken was also overcooked, tough, and largely stuck together in one piece. This place has the best customer service I’ve experienced in years hands-down and the food is perfect every time.
