Nice waiters but, slow service!

When entered arrived my cousins food was lukewarm and I found a hair in my friedrice!! No bueno...
The tamarind duck was delicious!
The service here is okay but they're extremely slow in bringing out the food. Been sitting here for 30-40 minutes and only the salad was served.
