Good doctor but horrible staff.
My experience has been extremely unsatisfactory due to the behaviour of the staff. I have perceived that most of the team shows a discourteous and unprofessional attitude. Although the doctor seems competent to me, the interaction with the reception staff and the assistants has been deficient. On many occasions, when I come to collect medication for my children, I have not received courteous or respectful treatment from the secretaries and reception staff.
