I had a really good experience here! I got a groupon for a cut and color, and I could not be happier. William took the time to understand what I wanted and communicated with me throughout the whole process. Also, the highlights were blended and natural looking.... they look better than any highlights I've had before. Altogether, it was a great deal. Also, the salon was beautifully decorated, the environment was nice, and everyone could not have been friendlier.
This is by far the worst experience I have ever had a salon. I have been getting my hair dyed for about three years now and I've never had an issue with a color a stylist has given me. Bang! seems incapable of achieving a color that is even close to what their client requests – even after a redo – and then refuses to refund if you are not satisfied with their services.
