Got something from B&O Norwood Nas the Manager and Richard was amazing Had a slight problem and they were so good fixing up problem They have been very professional and helpful Amazing staff and awesome place to visit
Excellent customer service from the young sales member without being pushy the demonstration of the sound bar was very convincing without any pressure at all.
What a great experience! The team are aways cheerful, and happy to assist and discuss options, desires and dreams of the clients. I have been a customer for years and the Norwood Store has become my favourite of all. N and R make it fun and a pleasure to visit. Any issues or questions I have had are dealt with promptly. Great work 😀
I had a disappointing experience with this shop. I called on August 15, 2024, and spoke to a female employee who assured me she would look into finding a replacement power adaptor and USB C cable for my Beosound speaker. Unfortunately, I never received any follow-up communication from her. Given the lack of follow-through and customer service, I cannot recommend this store. There are likely better options out there for those seeking reliable assistance.
