I received a pair of ear buds as a present from my wife. I powered them up and tried them out. I wasn’t happy with the tap controls and put them back in the box and stored them in my closet. About 2.5 years later I thought I’d give them another try. They will not take a charge.B&O customer support went through the basics but say I don’t have the purchase receipt so they are out of warranty and they don’t repair them.
