Pleasant atmosphere good service
So disappointed and beyond pissed off. Went in and purchased a refillable disposable device and a syringe of wax to fill it with. I filled it with the wax and the device DID NOT work! Staff knew there was an issue with those devices not working as an employee said that to me when I called to complain. They refused to refund me because “they couldn’t return it if it was filled” why would it matter if it was filled or not? The device doesn’t work!
