I take both of my furbabies here and they are so well taken care of. I love that the staff call and check up on them. I also love the weekend hours.
Loved the way Dr.Richard and Brandon treated my pet the staff here is very nice and respectful!!
The lady and gentleman at the front desk were very sweet. Clean environment. Appointment was at 4:30pm but we didn't go back until almost 5pm. The receptionist was kind enough to check up on us while we waited. My cat was getting so much love from customers and Petsmart staff so we were doing ok. The vet never introduced himself. I had to ask the vet tech what his name was. It did not feel very inviting to me. We may go back to The Rim location where I was going before. Dr. Boone is absolutely amazing. Going to miss that sweet demeanor, great relationship w/ my babies and overall involvement w/ patients & pet parents. Mike at front desk always helpful & frienly.

I absolutely love this hospital. The staff is TOTALLY friendly along with the people from PetSmart. My puppy always gets treated as if he's their own family. I left Zuehl yesterday morning for his surgery and I knew he'd be in good hands. I recommend this place to my friends. Banfield you guy's are the BOMB ����������
