They basically killed my puppy and then tried to charge me $2000 for it. Puppy contracted parvo from this location. Recommended unnecessary, expensive procedures, but did not provide basic care.

Dr. Howe is my pet dog's, Guinness' Vetanarian. I recognize her as a professional expert within her discipline. By observing and having any questions of mine answered, as well as answering any of her questions and concerns pertaining to Guinness. I feel very comfortable to having Dr. Howe take care and treat my pet for his preventative needs and any illnesses that have or may arrive anytime in the future. DO NOT GO HERE I WARN YOU! I would give them 0 stars if I could! This place is full of cowards and crooks! I took my dog for his neuter/cryptorchid surgery on Friday, 1/25/19 doing the surgery the coward himself Dr. Kevin Kelley who never would come speak to us bc he knew how bad he screwed up! My dog was already bleeding from his incisions Saturday night! At my last visit to Banfield with my dog, I asked twice what costs would be, my question was avoided. They’re effort seems to be to tell me a little as possible while they run the cost up as high as they can. Even to the point of ignoring my answers. “Does your dog scoot?” I was asked. “No.” I answered. “We have a test we can do for that…”. Meh. Just ok. Recently moved to the area coming from an area with a Banfield that I loved. So, since we are on the “pet plan” that Banfield offers, we of course made appointments at this location for our dog’s check ups. We also got a new puppy that was sick. The check ups were rather blah. It was an in the door, they look good...here’s your heart worm protection and back out the door. VERY grumpy at 7:30 am. Only 2 of the 4 women out front were nice! I asked questions and the way they all reacted was not very nice. I asked if they were mad? Blonde lady with the fake bake scolded me!! She never even acknowledged me, smiled or anything until she scolded me for asking a few normal questions!! I guess your not allowed to ask questions here!! Tina is getting spayed. We'll see how this goes. $300.00. So far I'm not impressed with their Customer Service skills.
