RecommendedSuch a great experience with Banfield on Hampton. They were able to get us in the same day and both Dr Parrish and the staff were so nice. They explained everything they were doing and gave us great options to help save on the costs of medication. Highly recommend this location.
Dr Parrish and the team at Banfield helped us manage this last year with our sweet Monty. He was the sweetest boy and when the time came to say goodbye, we were amazed with how gracious, caring and compassionate everyone was. They made sure we were comfortable and had all the time we needed to say our good byes. They were accommodating with the schedule so that our family could be together with him. I know Banfield gets a bad rap but my experience here was wonderful. I came in with a 12 year old cat, knowing that the best decision was probably to let her go. Dr. Parrish was so caring and gentle with her, and the staff did everything they could to make such a difficult process as easy as possible. Dr. Buzard and the staff were very caring and empathetic with us as we were there to say goodbye to my friends older dog.
I cannot say enough good things about the Bandfield off Hampton in Mesa, AZ! The staff is so caring and Dr. Buzzard is amazing! They helped me through the care and passing of my last two small elderly dogs with such compassion and care. The waiting room can be slammed packed and they will never rush through your appointment. I now have a new rescue puppy and I would not take him anywhere but there!
We do dog adoptions out of this petsmart. Banfield gives our dogs their rabies shots and exams for us. I had an emergency today and they were booked. They had me being the dog down anyways and squeezed him in for me. Everyone from the front desk to the doctors are just great. We really appreciate everything they do to insure that we adopt out healthy dogs. Thanks guys!
