This location is the worse! It’s the manager that makes it bad. She makes claims to the customer that one of her employees were stealing and that’s why she is not there anymore. That’s not the case, the employee left because of the abuse she has had to deal with . Then when the manager fails to do her job she sends out group text with employees talking about you! I have been with Banfield for 15 years and this is the worse location!

My Kodiak is very, very nervous going to the vet. I like it here cause it’s quiet and the staff are welcoming and wonderful!
